Professional Foreigners Work Permit

Foreigners who wish to apply for a work permit as a Professional Foreigner must submit the following documents:

1. Power and petition by a lawyer.

2. Certificate issued by the National Immigration Service, which shows the applicant's immigration status with $ 8 in stamps.

3. Copy duly authenticated before a Notary Public, of the card issued by the National Immigration Service, in which the Permanent Resident Permit on behalf of the applicant is recorded.

4. Copy of diploma or university degree, bachelor's degree, master's degree or doctorate, duly apostilled or authenticated.

5. Four passport-size photos with the name of the applicant written on the back.

In the event of an extension: it will not be necessary to present the document indicated in section 4.
