Per hour or fraction. If you hire our office, the fee is deducted from the fee for drafting the promise to buy and sell agreement.

The standard process is to celebrate a promise to buy and sell agreement; to give the seller the chance to pay taxes and gather the required documents.

Our fee includes drafting the agreement and follow up on the negotiation of the agreement with the buyer.

Calculation of Transfer and Capital Gain Taxes

Notarization of deeds

  • Before any sale, you should verify that your property records have been updated in the Land Registry (ANATI).
    • Updating cadastral information is necessary to a) calculate and transfer and the capital gain taxes.
    • Calculated the property taxes. Sometimes, after a property is updated, unpaid taxes, which the owner is unaware of, are shown in the system. Also, any tax exemption should be duly recorded.
    • The non-updates will slow down the process.

Payment Schedule:

  • We require a cash advance of USD 1,500.00 plus USD 250.00 for the initial expense.

The remaining attorney fees balance shall be paid once the purchase and sale transaction has concluded
