Loan Release: Property with a mortgage or trust with a bank:
Our office will be pleased to help you with your mortgage release. Below, you will find the description of the services provided, as follows:

Obtaining from the bank a letter with the balance due | 150 | If you are not in Panama, and require our assistant with this, we will need a Power of Attorney for this. |
Deliver a Promise Letter of Payment to the bank | 75 | |
Process with the bank a minute to release any lean | 150 | This can take up to 20 working days or more as the bank fixes the term. |
Protocolization of the deed releasing the loan | 250 | If you are selling your property, this is included in the same sale purchase deed. If that is the case and our office is also taking care of the sale transaction, this fee is pay once as it is included in the sale transaction. |
Registration of the deed releasing the loan | 150 | If you are selling your property, this can be done in the same sale purchase deed. If that is the case, then this fee is paid once because it is included in the sale transaction. |
