Requirements:

1. Power of Attorney executed by the new proprietor attested by a Notary Public.
2. If it is a Panamanian legal entity, certification of the Public Registry of Panama
   • Copy of the identification card of the company's legal representative
   • In case of natural person, a copy of the personal identity card
3. If it is a foreign legal entity, Certification of Legal Existence of the Company
   • Photocopy of the passport of the Legal Representative of the Company
   • In case of foreigner natural person, photocopy of the passport of the Legal Representative of the Company.
4. A document issued by the proper governmental authorities certifying the merger of the companies, before a Notary Public.

Additional Information:

1. Translation of the documents that are not in Spanish
2. Documents issued abroad need to be attested by a Notary Public and legalized by a Consul of Panama or by the Seal of Apostille.
